21.06.2010. Action for Peace in Kyrgyzstan: Central Asian buffet in Edinburgh


The Central Asian diaspora and friends in Scotland would like to set a sign of peace and solidarity and raise funds for victims of the recent events in the south of Kyrgyzstan. To do this, they have organized the first ever Central Asian buffet and craft fair in Edinburgh! Please join them at the Counting House (above the Pear Tree) on Friday 25th June, from 6 pm. You'll find more information at http://www.kg-nomad.com

At the event, there will be an opportunity to learn more about the situation, enjoy excellent food and buy Central Asian jewelry and felts. Later in the evening, Edinburgh band 'Thank You So Nice' is playing.
